Rola is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 18. We will promptly remove the child's data from our systems.

  • Payments - When you make a payment, our third-party payment processor Stripe collects your name, billing address, and payment details. We do not have access to your full payment information. This data is used to process payments and maintain accounting records. We rely on performing our contractual obligations and pursuing our legitimate interests in administering our business. This data is retained for the period required by law.
  • Enquiries - When you contact us by email or through Rola, we collect your first name, last name, email address, and any information you include in your message. We use this data to respond to your enquiries. We rely on our legitimate interests in growing and promoting Rola, and on your consent for any optional personal data. This data is stored until you stop communicating with us.
  • Cookies and IP Address - When you browse Rola, we collect cookie-related data and your IP address. We use this information to analyze technical aspects of your usage, prevent fraud and abuse, and maintain the security of Rola. We rely on our legitimate interests in protecting and analyzing Rola, and on your consent. This data is stored for as long as analytics records are necessary or until you withdraw your consent. We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data, which includes information relating to your health, religious or political beliefs, racial or ethnic origins, trade union or professional association membership, or sexual orientation.
